Enrollment and Operations

Class Enrollment Software: Keep the Records Connected.

Enrollment is more than a submitted form. A useful process keeps the family’s choice, payment information and the educator’s class records consistent.

01

Define the Records That Must Agree

  • The class or program the family selected.
  • The learner and parent information needed to teach and communicate.
  • The selected session, start date or billing option.
  • The enrollment and payment status used to decide the next step.

02

Identify Manual Handoffs

List each place you currently copy information after enrollment. For every handoff, identify its purpose and owner. A connected system should reduce unnecessary copying; verify the actual workflow before promising that every step is automatic.

03

Handle Exceptions Deliberately

Write down what should happen after a failed payment, cancellation, changed session or duplicate submission. Check how your chosen platform represents each state and what action the educator must take. A success message alone is not evidence that all records are correct.

04

Review the Family’s Confirmation

Families need a clear description of what they enrolled in, what happens next and where to ask for help. Keep that information consistent with your published terms and class details.

05

Prepare for the IEPro Relaunch

IEPro’s focus is connected enrollment and class records on your own brand. New signups are paused while the relaunch is tested; native Messaging is upcoming. Core independence from mandatory Connect is the direction, while self-paced delivery requires Connect.
