01
Define the Session Before the Form
- Name the learner age or level the offer serves.
- State the session length, teaching format and available times.
- Explain whether the family is choosing one session or an ongoing arrangement.
- Make payment and cancellation terms easy to find before enrollment.
02
Map the Booking Steps
Write down the choices a family makes: learner, offer, session or time, and payment option. Then identify the confirmation they need and the record you need to prepare for teaching. Remove questions that do not serve those decisions.
03
Plan Reminders and Changes
Decide who sends reminders, what information they contain and how a family requests a change. Check those requirements against a provider’s current documentation. Do not assume a reminder or rescheduling workflow exists because a checkout page looks complete.
04
Test With a Fictional Family
Use contained test data to review the mobile journey, unclear choices and administrative follow-up. Check that the confirmation matches the selected session and that payment status is interpreted correctly. Avoid real charges or real-family data in a demonstration.

Where IEPro Fits
IEPro is aimed at branded teaching offers with connected enrollment and class records. New signups remain paused during relaunch testing. Native Messaging is upcoming; Connect is optional for advanced marketing and required for self-paced delivery.
