IEPro Business Pulse - Outschool reporting, made clearer

Make Better Use of the Reports You Already Have

Spend less time comparing separate exports and more time deciding what to do with the information. Business Pulse combines your imported Outschool reports with locally processed enrollment notifications from your connected Gmail or Outlook mailbox.

See the underlying evidence, review uncertain matches, and keep your own corrections. Missing or incomplete source data stays visible, so you can tell what the numbers do and do not show.

What’s Included

Each workspace gives you a different view of your teaching business.

Today

What you can see: Active enrollments, current sections, paused learners, future starts, sync status, and the next setup or review action

What you can do: Check the state of your business before opening individual reports.

Business Overview

What you can see: Payouts, bookings, average monthly learners, and weighted conversion; recent three-month comparisons where six consecutive complete months are available

What you can do: See whether the main measures are improving and identify where to investigate.

Monthly Payout Trend

What you can see: Earnings across the monthly history you have imported

What you can do: Spot changes over time and review seasonal patterns.

Class Performance

What you can see: Class payouts, share of reported payouts, average monthly learners, and direction over the selected comparison periods

What you can do: Identify the classes contributing most to earnings and those that need attention.

Classes and Available Seats

What you can see: Your section schedule, teacher, learner counts, maximum capacity and available seats where the source supports them

What you can do: Review your teaching schedule and openings, add custom columns, and export the current view to CSV.

Learners & Teachers

What you can see: Report seat targets, named active candidates, audited children, current sections, paid payouts over the last 13 weeks, payout per reported teaching hour, and supported retention measures

What you can do: Compare teaching workload and attributed Outschool earnings. Shared or unassigned payout rows remain separate when the source does not identify an individual split.

Enrollment Activity and Roster Review

What you can see: Enrollments, pauses, withdrawals, scheduled starts, and evidence needing review

What you can do: Follow learner changes, confirm your starting roster, and resolve exceptions with saved local decisions and Undo.

Reporting by Class Model

What you can see: Separate operating summaries for supported recurring, fixed-length, one-time, self-paced and tutoring records

What you can do: Keep different enrollment models distinct when reviewing your activity. Availability depends on the imported evidence.

Data Quality and Monthly Coverage

What you can see: Duplicate files, overlapping rows, incomplete months, source disagreements and reconciliation notes

What you can do: Understand the basis of a result before acting on it.

Import Schedule

What you can see: The exact reports to upload, their last import dates, next refresh dates and optional reminders

What you can do: Keep the workspace current without guessing which exports you need.

Teacher payouts are Outschool educator proceeds attributed from the payout report. They are not contractor wages, payroll expense, take-home profit, or a ranking of teacher quality. Learner counts and retention measures have their own labels and source requirements.

Your Outschool Data Stays with You

Business Pulse does not upload your Outschool reports, learner records, roster, or mailbox content to IEPro’s servers. It does not send that data to AI.

Reports are processed and saved locally in your browser profile. When you connect Gmail or Outlook, mailbox requests go directly between your computer and Google or Microsoft. Business Pulse reads relevant notifications locally to help maintain your reporting and roster.

Your saved workspace is tied to your browser profile. Keep backups, and update the existing extension instead of uninstalling it. Local storage is not a promise that a device can never be lost or accessed by someone else.
